Who is behind CAIR?
CAIR was founded in 2024 by two friends, Sebastian and Michael, following their own experiences with the childcare market. With CAIR, we want to bring more transparency, simplicity and fairness to the childcare market.

Sebastian
Founder
Experienced first-hand how complex and confusing the market for care services can be when organizing caregivers for his grandma and grandpa in the family. This experience sparked the desire to create a digital solution that would make access to Home Care more straightforward and transparent.
Michael
Co-founder
Experienced a similar challenge when he took over the organization of respite care for his grandmother. With Sebastian's idea and the same fate, the school friends wanted to create a simple solution for care services.
