How secure are my payment details

Your payment information is safe with us. We work with Stripe, one of the world's leading payment providers. Stripe meets the highest security standards in the industry (including PCI-DSS certification) and ensures that your payment data is encrypted and never stored on our servers. So you can pay with complete peace of mind.

Is Cair free of charge?

You can download the app free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Registration and use of the platform is also free of charge. As soon as you book a caregiver via Cair, there is only a fee of 15% of the booking value. Among other things, this enables us to ensure secure payment for those seeking care and payment for the caregivers.

How can I register on the Cair platform?

Download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and open it. Then click on "Register" and fill in the form with your personal details. Simply follow the instructions on your screen.

What do I need to register?

You do not need any specific documents to register as a user. If you would like to make a booking and use a VAT exemption for your booking, you must upload the certificate of care level.

How can I search for caregivers?

Once you have downloaded the app and registered, you can use the search function to display all relevant caregivers.

How can I get in touch with caregivers or families?

Once you have found a suitable profile and sent a booking request, you can send a message directly via the platform and make contact.

Account

How do I change my password?

You will find the option to change your password in your account settings. You can also reset it in the login area if you have forgotten it.

How do I update my contact details or profile information?

Click on your profile photo on the home screen to access the settings. You can update all relevant information in the app settings.

How can I customize notification settings?

You can customize your notifications in the app settings.

Can I deactivate or delete my account and what happens to my data?

You can deactivate or delete your account at any time. Your data will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

Booking

How do I organize my weekly shopping?

Care staff often do the weekly shopping, which raises the question of a suitable budget for many people. We recommend a budget of €80 per week per person for shopping. A tried and tested solution from other users is to give the caregiver a small purse. The caregiver can then do the shopping and hand in the receipts afterwards. We also recommend that each caregiver receives an allowance for personal expenses. This amount can be between €20 and €40 per week.

What happens if a caregiver or client cancels an appointment?

We understand that plans can change. If an appointment is canceled, we will inform both parties as soon as possible and help with the reorganization.

Can I cancel a booking?

As a consumer, you can cancel your booking free of charge within 14 days.

Please note that you can only cancel the booking after the start of the service for good cause. Cancellation may result in possible costs to the caregiver. If you would like to cancel an ongoing booking, please send us a cancellation request to info@cair-app.com

How can I cancel a booking?

What should I do if I am not satisfied with Home Care ?

We are sorry that you had a bad experience. Please give us feedback via the platform so that we can evaluate and improve the situation.

How do I manage my payment information?

You can customize your payment method before each booking.

Is there a minimum or maximum duration for care orders?

The duration of the care assignments can be agreed flexibly between you and the caregiver for a maximum of 3 months. A change of caregiver is required for a new booking.

Are there referral programs?

We offer referral programs for caregivers and care seekers. Give away and receive valuable benefits when you successfully refer new users. You can find more details in the app settings.

How can I use vouchers or promo codes?

You can add the voucher codes directly in your profile or at the end before each booking. The credits will then be credited to your account, which you can use for the upcoming booking.

How can I take part in promotions?
