Who is behind CAIR?
CAIR was founded by two friends, Sebastian and Michael, in 2024 after they had personal experiences with the care market. With CAIR, we want to bring more transparency, simplicity, and fairness to the care market.

He experienced firsthand how complex and confusing the care market can be when organizing caregivers for his grandparents within the family. This experience sparked the desire to create a digital solution that makes accessing care simpler and more transparent.

Co-founder
He faced a similar challenge when he took over organizing respite care for his grandmother. With Sebastian's idea and the same fate, the childhood friends wanted to create a simple solution for care services.
