What Awaits You

As an intern with us, you are not just an observer: you will become an important part of our team and work directly with the founders. Here, you have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, help shape processes, and experience firsthand how a startup grows.

Your tasks include:

  • Organization & Process Optimization: You analyze existing workflows, improve them, and help make our team more efficient.
  • Onboarding new customers: You make sure new customers have a great start with us – from the first contact to successful care.
  • Support in Sales & Customer Support: You help us attract new customers and take the best possible care of existing ones.
  • Strategic tasks in Business Development: You research market potential, analyze data, and support us in developing new strategies.

What You Bring
  • An open, communicative nature and a desire to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ideally, a background in economics (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics).
  • Organizational talent and an eye for detail – you recognize where processes can be improved.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Interest in the care industry and a desire to make a difference in a social environment.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
